Detailed GamerInsights Reports. These are live-data reports of survey data associated with the video game titles that are relevant to your projects. Each one contains pages of summarized data, including measures of UX and analysis of open-ended comments. Report access is sold on annual basis. Sample report with dummy data.
GamerSurvey 2025 - the proprietary survey for collecting key measures on the UX of games. Continuously collecting feedback from the players themselves. Generates the data that fuels GamerScores and GamerInsights Reports.
GamerSurvey Self-Serve - A version of GamerSurvey that is designed to be used by development teams for in-house use on confidential projects. This is how developers can make direct comparisons of their projects' current state vs. the larger body of competitive landscape data. Self-Serve survey access is sold as an add-on to Reports. GamerSurvey Self-Serve also has variants suitable for collecting feedback during open / closed Betas.
GamerScores.org - the collection of single number "scores" derived from the core UX questions of GamerSurvey2025. Provided to the public, in hopes of influencing the overall discourse on game quality.
All services are defined and negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Services include:
Custom Surveys - If you need to go beyond the core UX metrics of GamerSurvey, the base survey can be augmented with additional question groups to provide more detail on topics of interest.
